Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns and exchange policy?
For online purchases, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the purchased goods only if items are defective or damaged from shipping or incorrect items.
- The item(s) must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
- The item(s) must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
- Return and exchange shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL or FedEx).
- Shipping fees shall not be refunded.
- In the case of exchange, please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping cost, customs duties, and/or courier charges.
Sale and/or promotion items are not eligible for return, refund, nor exchange.
Facemask cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please contact our customer service and ensure that you receive the confirmation from us every time before starting your return or exchange.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charges. Please note that refunds will be credited in the same currency as the original purchase and can take up to 10 working days.
